alejandro2 Posted 8 hours ago #51 Posted 8 hours ago ngl, felt like the refs were on argentina?s side ? ?
ladyly Posted 7 hours ago #52 Posted 7 hours ago People keep going on about that penalty shout but the disallowed goal was the real turning point honestly. That was clean and I think the officials bottled it under pressure to keep the narrative going.
xoraely88 Posted 4 hours ago #54 Posted 4 hours ago watched that match with my buddy who never shouts at the tv and he literally threw a cusshion at the wall after that disallowed goal lol. VAR is supposed to clear things up but honestly just makes everyone argue more after.
Ivoryosast Posted 3 hours ago #56 Posted 3 hours ago Messi’s narrative always gets the benefit of the doubt from refs it feels like. Do you think the offside call would havve been overturned if the roles were reversed and Egypt was the one staging the comeback?
Synkamia Posted 2 hours ago #57 Posted 2 hours ago I was glued to that match and it honestly felt like the air just went out of Egypt after the disallowed goal, you could see it in their body language. Salah was everywhere that night but sometimes it feels like the big calls just naturally lean toward the superstar storyline.
nevivi Posted 1 hour ago #58 Posted 1 hour ago bro they defo wanted that messi fairytale ending no cap ? fr fr
