I feel like England actually have the most balancde squad right now but they always find a way to mess it up in the big moments. France are just too clinical and have that winning mentality already, so I think they edge it.

I get why England gets hype but their defense still makes me nervous against elite counter attacks. France just seems more balanced overall and they already know how to win it all.
