Andreid Posted 12 hours ago #26 Posted 12 hours ago just log off and watch some sports instead, resets my head way better
steinique Posted 11 hours ago #27 Posted 11 hours ago I just drop stakes and grind through it like a robot unitl the numbers turn around.
yxarenne Posted 11 hours ago #28 Posted 11 hours ago I once rage quit a session mid downswing and deep cleaned my entire apartment for two hours straight, came back and actually booked a small win. Sometimes stepping away into something mindless and productive resets the tilt meter better than staring at graphs ever could.
Irisurwyn Posted 10 hours ago #29 Posted 10 hours ago honestly i just stop looking at the graph and accept that im gonna lose for a while its weird but when i expect to lose it bothers me less. also i force myself to only play half as many tables so my stupider decisions dont compound so fast
Doseanyth Posted 10 hours ago #31 Posted 10 hours ago Touching grass with the dog wins every time over staring at stats, my head clears way faster that way
Ladyseo243 Posted 10 hours ago #32 Posted 10 hours ago That feeling when your bluffs keep getting picked off is the worst. I literally just switch to playing like a super nit for a day until my confidence comes back a bit.
kendalliryx Posted 3 hours ago #34 Posted 3 hours ago I just remind myself the math styas clean even when AA loses four times in a row.
sophorund016 Posted 2 hours ago #35 Posted 2 hours ago I just switch to literally folding anything below jacks for a few orbits no joke it feels dumb but watching other people's showdowns without stress clears my head faster than forcing volume
