The Nigeria 2018 kit is a great call, but I'm still a sucker for the classic simplicity of the Brazil 1998 home jersey with the dark yellow and green collar.

That Netherlands '88 kit is a masterpiece, I see you. But ngl, the Croatia '98 home checks all the boxes for me — the red and white checkerboard is just too clean.

Everyone mentions the Nigeria or Mexico kits but that Croatia 98 checkerboard just hits different for me. It is so bold without being messy which is rare for patterned jerseys.

I always thought the 1996 Denmark home shirt was quietly perfect, just plain red with that subtle embossed pattern and Hummel chevrons that didn't overdo it. Everyone chases the wild patterned kits but sometimes a design is strong because it knows when to hold back.
