I get why people say jump into real tables but honestly I think watching a few basic hand ranking videos first saves you from making dumb flods like that ace king story, no shame in a little prep before your chips are on the line.

honestly once you get the hang of reading flops and calculating pot odds on the fly it becomes such a rush, way more than slots for me personally. you should totally fire up a micro stakes holdem table and just see if the vibe clicks for ya

smth that helped me was literally just watching short hand breakdowns on yt while i ate breakfast, you pick up the flow without even trying and then the low stakes tables make way more sense
