I set a hard loss limit before I even open a table, once it's gone I'm out. Chasing losses is how you end up tilted and broke tbh.

I do a daily deposit limit and stick to it, way less stress than trying to stop mid-session. If I'm up big I'll skim some profit into a separate wallet too, that's my actual bankroll management lol.

Tbh I do a mix — set a daily loss limit but if I hit a nice win early I’ll lock that profit away and play with the rest. Keeps me from giving it all back.

I do a daily limit too, but ngl I’ve broken it a few times when I’m on a heater. Keeping profit in a separate wallet is smart, might have to start doing that.

I just stick to a fixed buy-in per session and never reload, keeps it simple. Once it's gone I'm watching Netflix or something, no exceptions.

I do the fixed buy-in thing too, way easier to stick to than a vague "I'll stop when I feel done" rule. No reloads is the key, once you start bending that it's over lol.

I alwasy load up a specific amount before a big match like the Brazil game tonight, and if I double it on some live corner bets I’m out and rolling that profit into a safer tennis accumulator. Keeps the hype alive without watching my balance hit zero on a bad offside call.

I remember one night I capped myself at $50 and my mate went all in on a whim, we both ended up broke but I had enough lefft for a kebab.

I tuck my deposit limit into a browser note so I see it before the spin button even loads, that small friction stops my brain from treating the number as flexible. If I still walk away green I skim 30% off into a separate vault slot immediatley so it feels like a real cashout instead of just more ammo.

i sorta just go in with a rough number in my head but honestly its more like a stop loss when i feel that tightness in my chest, that’s the real budget. helps that my phone bank app makes it annoyingly hard to tap more funds in.

i once tried a strict 50€ limit on blackjack but my cat knocked a water bottle off the desk during a hot streak and i forgot the limit entirely until the balance hit zero lol. these days i split my stack into five labeled envelopes on the desk, feels stupid but it actuually keeps me from grabbing more when my brain says just one more hand.

i try to just set a timer mroe than a cash limit honestly, like 45 minutes and i'm out win or lose. my real budget control is leaving my wallet in the car so i cant even attempt a quick redeposit lol

I loaded up 20 bucks on limbo once and my pizza delivery showed up early so I just let it auto cashout at 1.2 for 50 spins while I ate, somehow finished up 8 bucks. my rules now are basically if real life interrupts I let the basic strats run instead of trying to focus.

that comment about the bank app being annoyingl is so true. mine makes me re type the stupid cvv like 3 times when my fingers are clammy on the bus home, total deterrant effect without even trying.
