One of the hardest parts of playing is knowing when to walk away. Do you have a profit target or loss limit that you never break? I’d love to hear what works for other people.

I stick to a strict 2x profit rule—once I double my starting stack I cash out, no exceptions. Loss limit is 50% of what I came in with, that number's non-negotiable for me.

Tbh I just set a timer now. Once that alarm goes off I’m out no matter what, up or down. Keeps me from chasing losses or getting greedy.

I set a hard stop at 30% down from my session bankroll, but the profit side is trickier tbh. I tend to just pull out when the wins feel like they're slowing down, even if I haven't hit a set number.

I used to just wing it but that's a recipe for disaster. Now I withdraw half my balance the second it hits a certain threshold, so even if I tilt the rest away I'm not leaving empty-handed.

my trick is to set a timer not a money limit, like 30 minutes of play then i force myself to close the tab no matter what. sounds dumb but it stops me from chasing losses when the clock just runs out.
