Will France score first ?

I lean toward them scoring first but I wouldn't call it free money. Mbappe hitting the post early last match shows they're close, yet sometimes they just pass around the box without shooting, so it's more of a coin flip than the odds suggest.

Rather than waiting on Mbappe to conjure something from nothing I'd put my money on a scrppy Giroud header from a set piece early on

Mbappe always looks hungry in the frist 15 minutes but the midfield sometimes takes too long to switch the play out wide

Hard to say when they kept us waiting forever against Belgium, feels like sometimes they juts need that one defensive lapse to wake up.

I remember putting a small bet on France to score first against Denmark last year and they ended up getting one in the fiirst ten minutes off a corner kick scramble. Feels like they could do it again if they press high from the start, but their build up can be too slow at times.

Yeah they probably will, their attack just has too much quality to stay quiet for long. I actually thnk Dembele might be the one to sneak it early, his movement off the ball is so underated.
