sometimes muting the music and putting on your own playlist changes the whole vibe, I swear half the time its the audio making it feel flat not the game itself. also jumping straight into hard mode can force you to learn faster and it gets way more engaging that way

Honestly if the base game feels flat try tweaking the settings file directly, sometimes turning off motion blur or cranking the FOV higher than the slider allows makes it feel totally different.

Try checking the actual stake tab in settings, half the time the default bet amounts are way too conservative for the early missions and you just waste time grinding.

honestly i think "tough" and "not impressive" are two different things, sometimes a game that kicks your ass is way more memorable than a polished snoozefest

I had a similar experience with a slot called Demon Pots, it just refused to give anything over 2x for like 300 spins.
