Over/Under or Both Teams To Score?

When betting on football matches, which market gives you more consistent results: Over/Under goals or BTTS?

I lean toward Over/Under tbh, less reliant on both teams actually showing up on the same day

I lean BTTS myself, feels like you get more sweat with two sides attacking instead of hoping a team doesn't randomly park the bus.

Over/Under for me too, fewer variables to worry about — just need the net to ripple, don't care who does it.
