man you could feel that miss coming from a mile away. i blame the stutter step personally it just thhrows your own rhythem off worse than the keeper.

That stutter in his run up has been shaky for a while now, it almost never helps. For me the bigger srprise was how late they subbed him on, felt like the whole flow of the game was already gone by then.

His pen run up throws him off more than the keeper ever could, he should just blast it straight.

That pause during his run up made it way too obvious where he was going. Kind of wild how France still looks so dangerous in open play though, tihs Spain match is really living up to the hype.

I saw a similar miss in my local league last month, striker tried the stutter step and slipped on the wet grass, ball flew into the stands. Keeper didn't even have to move.
