Do you keep track of your sessions?

Honestly i think tracking too closely ruins the fun a bit, you start playing numbers instead of the game. I used to log everything and it just made me more anxious about the dips.

I can see where that logic comes from but I feel like not tracking at all is how you end up convincing yourself you’re even when you’re acctually down a bit. At least a rough mental tally keeps me from getting too carried away, even if I’m not logging every single spin.

I get why people say it kills the vibe but honestly ignoring the stats doesnt make the losses disappear, it just lets them sneak up on you harder later.

I lean towards checking stats because a rough number feels more real to me than just goiing by mood.

That makes sense. Stats give you something concrete to compare over time, while mood can change from day to day. Looking at both together probably gives the clearest picture.
