wrenalesse Posted Saturday at 06:38 AM #10 Posted Saturday at 06:38 AM try vampire survivors if you havent yet. its mindless in a good way and runs are short enough you wont feel stuck in it after the match.

voxenne0 Posted Saturday at 07:22 AM #12 Posted Saturday at 07:22 AM After the last World Cup I went straight into Hades for the first time and ended up binging it till 4am. Fast runs and the story pulls you in even when you tell yourself just one more room.
Syltha8 Posted Saturday at 07:46 AM #13 Posted Saturday at 07:46 AM Hades over vampire survivors any day tbh
Wineannda6 Posted Saturday at 08:39 AM #15 Posted Saturday at 08:39 AM Dead cells runs super tight after the other two, it asks for full attention from minute one which kills the chill football aftermath vibe. Hades actually lets you coast on muscle memory while the banter keeps it lively, so that's my pick over the more zombie mode VS style.
vynlia Posted Saturday at 09:03 AM #16 Posted Saturday at 09:03 AM Dead cells got me last year after a match and I kept dying at the same boss til 2am because I couldn't put it down. If you want something less punishing maybe Slay the Spire, I ran a full silent poison build while still hyped from the game and it somehow hit the spot perfectly.
hollowund Posted Saturday at 09:22 AM #17 Posted Saturday at 09:22 AM Elden Ring felt surprisingly relaxing after a tense match, the exploration just clicks.
onyxys44 Posted Saturday at 09:35 AM #18 Posted Saturday at 09:35 AM Grab a cofee and start a Stardew Valley farm, the mindless fishing minigame resets your brain after a tense match.
nylvar Posted Saturday at 11:42 AM #19 Posted Saturday at 11:42 AM Hotline Miami slipped perfectly into that post match buzz for me last Tuesday, the frantic rhythm just tkes over.
pyxenora Posted Saturday at 01:12 PM #20 Posted Saturday at 01:12 PM What kind of vibe are you chasing after the match, something to keep the adrenaline going or more of a wind down game?
ryxioick805 Posted Saturday at 03:26 PM #21 Posted Saturday at 03:26 PM Stardew got too much attention in this thread already but honestly the mines part is a decent wind down loop.
ravenayvar Posted Saturday at 04:03 PM #22 Posted Saturday at 04:03 PM I always end up back on Hades after sports, the loop is so clean and you can drop in for 20 minutes without feeling like you committed to a whole evening. Gets you out of the match headspace without being boring.
seleneayyn Posted Saturday at 06:12 PM #24 Posted Saturday at 06:12 PM Beat Saber cleared my head after a wild World Cup final.
