try vampire survivors if you havent yet. its mindless in a good way and runs are short enough you wont feel stuck in it after the match.

After the last World Cup I went straight into Hades for the first time and ended up binging it till 4am. Fast runs and the story pulls you in even when you tell yourself just one more room.

Dead cells runs super tight after the other two, it asks for full attention from minute one which kills the chill football aftermath vibe. Hades actually lets you coast on muscle memory while the banter keeps it lively, so that's my pick over the more zombie mode VS style.

Dead cells got me last year after a match and I kept dying at the same boss til 2am because I couldn't put it down. If you want something less punishing maybe Slay the Spire, I ran a full silent poison build while still hyped from the game and it somehow hit the spot perfectly.

I always end up back on Hades after sports, the loop is so clean and you can drop in for 20 minutes without feeling like you committed to a whole evening. Gets you out of the match headspace without being boring.
