Erdene Posted November 2, 2017 #1 Posted November 2, 2017 Who knows why it's lagging these days. I lost many times because of these lag on mines and plinko. Is there something wrong with service or what? Why the lag problem can't be solved once and forever?
Memeka Posted November 2, 2017 #2 Posted November 2, 2017 The lag is annoying. Sometimes, you have to refresh the page to complete the game Hopefully it is fixed soon.

The result of a game is decided at start when you launch the game. The rest is just visual. Dev team is aware of the lags problems and they are working on it. I'm not a dev myself but i know that sometimes when you patch a leaking pipe ... another hole appear somwhere else

The rest is just visual. Sure, the result of the game is decided at start as you mention. However, on some of the games, whether the player win or lose, depends on the choices they make. For example, on mines, whether you win or lose depends on which tiles you decide to click. When it's lagging, and you have to wait 10 secs for the results to appear after clicking a tile, would you still be making the same decision ? Worse, sometimes the game just hang and you have to refresh the page to get the result. Will you still be making the same decision if there are no lags ? Would you cash out now or continue playing and risk having to refresh the page again just to get the result ? Even on games where you don't have much input beyond setting up the game, like plinko, you still have to decide how much to play. Will you still be playing with the same amount when it's lagging ? Will a player be comfortable making a big bet in these situations ? The lags certainly make for an unpleasant playing experience. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon.
neoooo Posted November 2, 2017 #5 Posted November 2, 2017 The lag affects some games like Mines and charbet.
Guest Posted November 5, 2017 #6 Posted November 5, 2017 Our developers are working on it, but as Kargai said, you cannot lose your funds if the lag causes the game to stop. If it's Mines, Hilo or any other game, you can reload it and you will be able to continue the game, or your funds (bet amount) will be returned to your balance. We all hope this lag issue will be solved soon, anyway.
