VVinTage Posted May 17, 2019 #1 Posted May 17, 2019 Hi everyone. I have a problem. My friend and I start gambling 5 months ago. I can control my self and don't go all in, bu my friend can't control him self. Tow days ago I lent him money. I don't know what to do with that.
Shaniqua Posted May 17, 2019 #2 Posted May 17, 2019 if the money you lent him is for gambling more, then you are not helping him by lending him money or more money in the future.. that i can say... the rest... i dont know man... i have a gambling problem myself... and am going through a very rough time. almost at rock tock total bottom.. really you guys have no idea... just support your friend emotionally i guess.. good luck.
barbaris Posted May 17, 2019 #3 Posted May 17, 2019 This is gambling addiction. Some people can control themselves others do not. I know people who have lost everything and have a lot of debt, but can not stop. Perhaps your friend needs the help of a specialist in these matters.
polor12 Posted May 17, 2019 #4 Posted May 17, 2019 is a normal habit that a person gets,, you guys just started gambling right. Did one of you guys win a amount of money for the first time in gambling,.Once you win you can't stop thinking i can win more and more.. that is all in the head.. 5 months we cannot say is an addiction or a problem.. first part you shouldn't lend him any money. you just feeding it more and more and more... let him get his own cash to play with. he is grown.. does he work.. they play recklessly if is not there own cash.. if they have their own money they will choose differently how they play,. and from there they would learn how to call it quits or go home broke.. it happens to everyone it is a learning experience.. i always say never call something an addiction if that thing makes you happy in any way possible..
VVinTage Posted May 20, 2019 Author #5 Posted May 20, 2019 Thank you all for your replies. I hope, that my friend can control himself in future.
