Hi! it's okay you were doing fine until then! your cracked, well your cracked, it's once so it's okay you can manage!! on the other hand if you feel it's not going to do it and you're going to crack your computer and go out for a drink!!! in any case if it's too hot don't let you do programmer on a game site I don't know if it's just with the letter in capital letters it's difficult to know!!
and if it's too much and you do a big mistake, well, you get stuck on all the gaming sites!
in reality I think you manage it well and you know you're addicted so it's a good point, I say you'll succeed in keeping your self-control!!
Good luck, man!!!

I don't know, but maybe in the next future.

That is.. because we are really addicted on this gambling things, because it can double or money, or even make MORE money.

Welp, want to end this gambling when I don't really desperate on money, but not quitting completely because I had a job to do here.

I think you shouldnt be gambling if you arent strong enough to put limits in place.

Once you dont have limits you are gamble addict

For example if i get 2500 dollars a month lets say i will say to myself i can gamble 50 No more no less.

Man, feeling the urge to gamble is normal, but as you build healthier choices and a strong support network, resisting cravings will become easier. When a gamblingcraving strikes: Avoid isolation. Call a trusted family member, meet a friend for coffee, or go to a Gamblers Anonymous meeting. It can happen to anyone from any walk of life: Your gambling goes from a fun, harmless diversion to an unhealthy obsession with serious consequences. Whether you bet on sports, scratch cards, roulette, poker, or slots—in a casino, at the track, or online—a gambling problem can strain your relationships, interfere with work, and lead to financial disaster. You may even do things you never thought you would, like running up huge debts or even stealing money to gamble. Although it can feel like you’re unable to stop, there are plenty of things you can do to overcome a gambling problem, repair your relationships and finances, and finally regain control of your life.

Actually, you have made the biggest step when realized that you have a problem. It is possible if you surround yourself with trusted people and find other activities to replace gambling. If you do gambling for excitement or adrenaline rush reason, you can replace it with an extreme sport like mountain biking or rock climbing. Together with attending gamblers meetings, it can help.

Hey there, once we can have the appropriate help by our people we can stop gambling anytime if we are addicted. Also by doing other hobbies  or hanging out instead of gambling at the free time would be a good way to get rid of gambling for hours. So its up tp our self once we admit it.
