Ehm i think this is in wrong discousion.

But i would choose house 100% then i can scream as loud as i can after i rip so i dont hawe to tell my neighbores why i screamed

Take the house, privacy is important.  Do you like pets?  There is another reason.  Not monthly maintenance payments.  To be honest, I have never live in an apartment, I can`t tell...  Good luck.

If you choose between a house or an apartment, I would choose a house. But the house is a big cost and regular work. But there are advantages as well.

I have house and apartament, but i choice to live in house. Apartment i give for rent. House is better to live if you have family and kids. There is quiet have a place where childrens can play safe. We have dog too. She hate apartments. But i like my apartment too. Maybe some day my kids go there to live and make party with friends. But i'm old for neiborths screaming.

it depends on various criteria, for example:

1) If you want to hear your neighbours and let them hear everything you do

2) if you dont want to do work outside (mowing the lawn n stuff like that)

3) if you want  a smaller place for yourself

I would settle with getting a house if you can afford it because there has been many people saying the amount of money you pay for renting an apartment you would eventually be able to afford to purchase a house. And at this point you would own it and with an apartment you do not but still paid the same amount in payments of rent and insurance costs.

Don't think of it as an expense, better to think about having it as an investment

Well, I live and I'd choose a house while there are no annoying neighbors close to you and you are able to have many pets!:D

think it depends on our finances and needs, if the apartment is closer to our workplace, I prefer an apartment.

I prefer a house for me personally but I also have a couple appartments in Spain that I rent during the Holliday season. so a house for my daily comfort and apartments as investments in real estate

Privacey is extremely important to me. Also I love to play my music really loud that the bass shakes the room, since Ive been living in an apartment I haven't really enjoyed music much as I used to when I live in a house

I prefer House over APartments as we have a big family and more relative come often so i prefer apartment
