frustration only brings unwanted emotional feelings.. and very disruptive actions... anything negative would seem to be a positive for you.. you gotta learn how to overcome any frustration you might be having.. what ever making you be that way, you should stop and do something else productive.. or if is mentally.. think any else besides on the shiet that made you frustrated.. you gotta give more details for whats making you frustrated to help any one to give an advice to you.. the one thing i think might really help. smoke that fucking fuck it weed. like kat williams said.. one hit.. fuck it.,
