How Many Numbers Do You Like Picking in Keno?

I've noticed that players have very different approaches to Keno. Some prefer selecting only a few numbers, while others go for much larger combinations.

How many numbers do you usually choose, and have you found a setup that's been enjoyable for you?

I usually pick 10 tiles , medium risk. But recently I don't know why the RTP is down so bad. Game statistics is 98-98% but my RTP is 53-60%. Hopefully I find better luck.
