Lucky Numbers or Random Picks?

Do you stick with the same numbers every time or let the system choose randomly? I'd love to know what has worked better for you.

I just select a pattern , sometimes on the left hand side sometimes on the right hand side. Rarely I go with random numbers thinking that it might not hit.
