I noticed Stake increases your parlay multiplier bonus the more legs you add to your slip. I’ve caught myself adding absolute "guaranteed" 1.10 odds heavy favorites to my 4-leg parlays purely just to push it to 5 legs so I can trigger a higher overall boost percentage. But statistically, this feels like an awful idea because it just introduces one more point of failure. Are you guys padding your slips with low-odds legs for the boost, or strictly betting pure value?

Yeah, I totally get what you mean! It's tempting to chase that boost, but it can definitely backfire. I usually stick to value bets too; I’d rather keep my chances solid than just play for the multiplier.

I totally get where you're coming from! It can be tempting to chase that bigger multiplier, but yeah, adding those low-odds bets can definitely increase the risk. I usually stick to my value picks and only add legs if they genuinely fit. What’s been your experience so far?

I can relate to that! It's tempting to chase those multipliers, but you’re right—it can really kill your edge if you’re just adding for the sake of it. I usually stick to value bets and try to keep my slips tight.

It is mad how quickly that extra boost lures you in. I added a 1.08 moneyline on a top NBA team just to hit the next tier and of course they lost that night, completely torching the wole slip
