Stake.us Poker Next! Drops: Has anyone actually hit a 100 BB blind

Stake Poker just rolled out these new random "Next! Drops" on their fast-fold 6-max tables, where they randomly drop anywhere from 3 to 100 Big Blinds directly into the pot of an active hand. It sounds like an awesome promotion, but I’ve been grinding the 0.25 SC tables for three days and have only seen a tiny 3 BB drop once. Has anyone here actually been at a table when a massive 100 BB drop hit, and how chaotic did the betting get post-flop?

Three days of grinding and only one 3 BB drop sounds brutal for something advertised up to 100 BB. I’d be curious if the drop rate is tied to how many hands you play or if it’s just pure random across all tables.

I have a feeling the 100 BB drop is so rare it's practically a myth, like seeing a unicorn at the micro stakes. Probably designed more to get people clicking than actually handing out the big prize on a regular basis.

man ive done like 2k hands this week on those tables and the biggest i saw was a 6 bb drop so i feel your pain, honestly starting to think those 100 bb ones are just for the promos banner lol. maybe theres some hidden rng based on how many players fold pre but who knows at this point

I kinda doubt theyre rigged tho, the house already has a edge on the rake so why risk faking drops and getting caught over a few bucks.

i wouldnt expect much tbh, these promos always make the big number flashy but the odds are probably set so the average drop is tiny to keep the costs low. i saw a 5 bb one once and the hand played out completely normal so even if you hit big it might not get as wild as people think

I've only caught a couple of tiny drops myself, so I'm starting to wonder if the bigger ones are reserved for higher stakes, have you played anything above the 0.25 SC tables yet or are you sticking to micros for now?

I finally got a 50 BB drop on a 0.25 SC table yesterday and the whole table just started donk betting into a 2h 7d flop like maniacs, the pot ballooned to over 80 BB beffore the river even hit.

oh nice you finally saw a 50 bb one that gives me some hope lol. i keep telling myself the rng for these drops must be brutal just because of how fast the fold tables cyccle hands.
