WinMotion2 Posted July 11 #3 Posted July 11 Tough call! Both teams have their strengths, but England is looking pretty solid lately. Who are you rooting for?
Ravenni Posted July 11 #8 Posted July 11 Norway looks hugry today but my guts still say England scrapes through.
doselyn52 Posted July 11 #9 Posted July 11 Honestly I thought Norway would crumble like that game last summer when they blew a 2 goal lead, so I went England and it’s paying off so far
Phaneon Posted July 11 #15 Posted July 11 I always look at how the underdog presses without the ball in the first 15 minutes, and Norway just isn't triggering those mid bock traps fast enough to disrupt England's rhythm.
nylarenne Posted July 12 #16 Posted July 12 England's midfield control is too clean right now, feels like Norway can't get a sniff unless they nick something on a set piece. I locked in England to win at 1.75 odds earlier, that price moved fast though.
nyxtos6 Posted July 12 #17 Posted July 12 I still remember the 2019 quarterfinal when Norway collapsed in the last 20 minutes because they kept hoofing it long instead of playing through the press, and England’s backline looks even better this time so I think they'll punish that same panic late on.
Legacytha Posted July 12 #18 Posted July 12 Yeah I'm leaning England too but honestly the only thing making me nervous is how Norway turned up the intensity in that group stage match against Japan, if they can replicate that energy for more than 60 minutes it might actually get messy for the English backline.
