not gonna lie the number 9 battle is overrated when most teams use a false nine now anyway, so picking a winner feels like guessing more than anything.

Honestly if we talkin pure finishing I’d back the classic poacher style over the false nine, way more reliable when chances are tight and you just need someone lurking to tap it in. That deep dropping stuff looks fancy but gimme a proper striker who sniffs out the box any day.
