firenine Posted June 30, 2019 #1 Posted June 30, 2019 Hello everyone! Hi @Dan I'm getting this 3 seconds lag to load every forum page. My browser is blaming widgets.criptocompare.com. I don't get the same lag when loading PDs forum pages that also have the cryptocompare widget. Anyone else getting this? Halp? Thanks!
Gess069 Posted June 30, 2019 #2 Posted June 30, 2019 Hmm it never happened to me, but try changing your browser, clear cookies and history maybe it won’t happen again if it happens then developers should take care of it. I use Safari and Chrome browser more often and it’s everything ok.

I will try to get more info and also try Chrome as suggested by @Gess069 While checking this after cleaning the cache I've found this large 35,040.03 KB (35,880,989 bytes) favicon image loading here:https://forum.stake.com/uploads/monthly_2019_04/1727904152_forumfavicon.png It loads fast, but 35MB looks a little big for a favicon 😅 EDIT: Chrome loads in 1 second. Firefox loads in 13 seconds...
williamshennie9 Posted July 1, 2019 #5 Posted July 1, 2019 I have not run official tests, but I really have not noticed a huge lag at all with the forum. It could possibly just be your internet connection which takes a bit longer to connect to the forum server. Strange though.

3kpk3 Posted July 1, 2019 #8 Posted July 1, 2019 No problem here. By the looks of it, it seems to be a temporary problem and nothing more. Am not surprised to see that Chrome loads it quicker when compared to Firefox which is slower in comparison.
