faithix Posted Sunday at 03:50 AM #2 Posted Sunday at 03:50 AM This one time I bluffed with 7 hgih on a scary board and got a fold from top pair, still not sure if I was a genius or just lucky. Do you ever slow roll your bluffs or do you fire all three streets?
sam16c1e Posted Sunday at 09:12 AM #3 Posted Sunday at 09:12 AM ngl i once jammed river with pure air and dude tank folded, felt like teh goat for a sec ?
corutaeh Posted Sunday at 11:58 AM #4 Posted Sunday at 11:58 AM lol one time i did a massive overbet with bottom pair and dude insta folded, felt like a legend for like a minute ?
jaxe6srpn Posted Monday at 09:02 AM #5 Posted Monday at 09:02 AM I bluffed a guy off a set once because I accidentally grabbed the wrong chips and bet way too big on the turn, but he told me later he put me on a straight flush draw that never got there. Honestly it was the most confident mistaake I have ever made at the table.
raulloris85 Posted Monday at 09:06 AM #6 Posted Monday at 09:06 AM ive had one where i 4bet shoved 67s preflop vs a nit and he snap folded aces face up, he was so tilted he left the table. ever had a read so specific you were basically staring at thir cards?
javier8 Posted Monday at 09:26 AM #7 Posted Monday at 09:26 AM bluffed a guy off trips once with a busted draw, I still think about his fold face lol
henry39 Posted Monday at 09:58 AM #8 Posted Monday at 09:58 AM my favorite is still the time i talked myself into calling with jack high thinking i had a sick read, dude shows me 9 high and i realize we were both just clicking buttons
danxdc2v4 Posted Monday at 10:10 AM #9 Posted Monday at 10:10 AM That moment when someone folds a set face up is pure gold because you know you just stole a hand that had no business being yours.
CrimsonSentinel Posted Monday at 10:57 AM #10 Posted Monday at 10:57 AM Bluffing off a set takes way more guts than pulling off a busted draw hero call. I’d rather be the guy making the fold than the one praying my read isn’t completely wrong.
dank7qhtf4w Posted Monday at 12:39 PM #11 Posted Monday at 12:39 PM My favorite was when I bluffed all in on a river with seven high and the guy tanked for so long I actually started feeling guilty, then he folded top pair and I had to pretend I was disappointed instead of just relieved.
tOMEYa3 Posted 18 hours ago #12 Posted 18 hours ago Honestly, folding a set face up isn’t always pure gold, sometimes it just means the bluffer overdid the sizing and got lucky they picked the one spot the guy atually believed them.
orbhasjki8 Posted 18 hours ago #13 Posted 18 hours ago Once I folded queens preflop because the guy’s hand was shaking so hard I thought he had aces, truns out it was just his third coffee.
max6hjk87un Posted 18 hours ago #14 Posted 18 hours ago Ever check raise river with a total brick just because the guys tapping pattern suddenly changed? Got me once where I still wonder if he knew i was full of it.
Shad0wWarden Posted 17 hours ago #15 Posted 17 hours ago once bluffed with 5 high on a paired board and the guy typed “nice set” in chat before mucking aces lol. you ever had a read that felt so stupidly spot on it actually worried you
bopiko Posted 16 hours ago #16 Posted 16 hours ago My best ones come from actually calling out loud what I think they have before shoving, something about saying it out loud makes them believe it more even if I'm holding air. If you can time it right when they check the river with a marginal hand, that live read verbal cue is like printing chips.
