Norway didn't even qualify so it feels strange seeing them listed here. If we're talking raw firepower, Argentina in the knockout stages was a different beast, they dismantled Croatia's midfield in ways Spain couldn't even manage earlier that same year.

I'd actually lean towards Spain over Argentina here. Argentina's attack looked solid but Spain's wing play with those two kids was just relentless, they create so many clear chances. Argentina had more of a scrappy energy while Spain looked like they could score five every game if they finished better.

My last parlay almost died because Spain kept peppering the Costa Rica keeper but only scraped a 1 0 in that friendly last month, their finishing can be so wasteful compared to how Portugal just buries teams on the counter.
