wszechmogacy Posted July 4, 2019 #1 Posted July 4, 2019 I have an idea. Regarding the registration of new referrals, so that you can see their nicknames. Not just a number. What do you say ?
Tomki Posted July 4, 2019 #2 Posted July 4, 2019 I agree that, good idea. Better number and their nicknames because i want say: i'm gratefull and thanks for register my refferal :-)" on private message to user who did register with refferals. Stake.com has more work really.. but still increase better than early @wszechmogacy you can write to support and support will ask to owner/admin. They decide Regards!
Gess069 Posted July 4, 2019 #4 Posted July 4, 2019 Yeah why not it, nice idea dude. It would be better for those who use referrals and knowing user’s nickname. For suggestions and these kind of things there is a special field Stake Support > Suggestions. Next time you want to suggest something please post it there, but as our friend said before you can speak with support members too then they will do their job speak with developers team.
FotisNt Posted July 4, 2019 #5 Posted July 4, 2019 I totally agree, this would help our affiliate "business". Also we would be able to give bonuses to our referrals and stuff like that. Don't forget to add this post on the suggestion topic as well.
CntryBoy Posted July 4, 2019 #6 Posted July 4, 2019 I think this makes sense since players cannot change their nickname. It just makes things much easier as far as players keeping track of the people they have referred and how much referral commissions they have made off of them.
Kate Posted July 5, 2019 #7 Posted July 5, 2019 Yeah that would be a nice way to know who used our referral links if people trying to get in referrals soo umm that would be a good idea hope they do intergrate this in the update.
williamshennie9 Posted July 5, 2019 #8 Posted July 5, 2019 Hmm, that is strange that the referrals only appear as numbers. I guess you can contact live support and ask them the username of the user that you referred. I'm not sure if they will tell you but it is worth a try.
Etude Posted July 5, 2019 #9 Posted July 5, 2019 This is actually a nice suggestion you have made as it makes it easier for you to know who is actually your referrals.
barbaris Posted July 5, 2019 #10 Posted July 5, 2019 That would be really convenient. Such a system is on many sites not related to gambling, where the main income of the user is a multi-level referral system. I think implementing it in Stake would be helpful. Although I recently heard that there will be some changes in the existing affiliate program, but what exactly I do not know.
nattekut Posted July 5, 2019 #11 Posted July 5, 2019 its a very nice suggestion. by knowing the screenname of your referrals you still do not touch the anonymity of the players. I know most of the platforms that have a referrak system do show the nicknames. but well for me it doesn't botter. I have no referrals and probably will never have some. I am not such a fan of dragging people to gambling sites
Support Katarina Posted July 6, 2019 Support #12 Posted July 6, 2019 Hey guys! Thank you @wszechmogacyfor creating this topic so that we could explain to everyone why such a feature will actually never be implemented on our website. I do understand why you think it would be convenient to have it on the site - to keep track of who joined us under your referral link and to thank them for doing that. But what you haven't taken into consideration is their privacy. Not everyone (especially not high rollers) want to have their usernames publicly shown to others, even their referrals, therefore the inability to see them in your affiliate page. We should all highly respect that. If someone wants you to know that they are your referral, I guess they will tell you that themselves. Additionally, the statistics you can see there in the affiliate page are quite enough for every calculations you wish to do. If perhaps have any additional questions, shoot! Cheers! 🍻

But if it advertises the website, I show my name to my registered person. And whoever writes from my link, I see only myself. No other users. Unfortunately, people are mean and best remove links from our links and register themselves without a command. Because, after all, someone needs to make a profit
Aazzah Posted July 7, 2019 #14 Posted July 7, 2019 Yeah cool idea mate, I think that idea is pretty decent and I think that they should add this. then, you can see everyone who has used your code which would be a lot more helpful and interesting. In my opinion, that is rather a good idea and I personally think that they should consider adding this in the near future
kiziah Posted July 7, 2019 #15 Posted July 7, 2019 Thats cool idea so when they want to get guided it is easy that will help a lot, i hope this will get approved.
