The wait is almost over. England return to action against tournament underdogs Norway in the first World Cup meeting ever between these two sides, despite 13 previous football encounters between them.  England hold the historical edge with seven wins to Norway's two, and their last two meetings both finished 1-0 to the Three Lions.  
All eyes are on the individual duel that could decide the Golden Boot race — Harry Kane and Erling Haaland are both in the running for the award, adding extra needle to a quarter-final already loaded with stakes.
