Contacting support for Rakeback

Currently the only way to get rakeback credited is to contact support.  This takes up supports time and players time too.  Is there another way that rake back could be credited to us? 

Suggestion #1  Have another menu item where we can see how much rakeback we have for each coin, and click a button to have it credited to our account.  It see this functioning in a similar way to the current affiliate earnings withdrawal process, only it would be more streamlined.

Suggestion #2 Automatically credit the rakeback to our account after a certain time period.  For example, credit rakeback once every 12 hours automatically. 

Looking forward to hearing if anyone else has a better suggestion for how this can be improved.

I think suggest 2 is already implemented, but only after a week or month of not asking for rakeback.

I do believe this will help limit interactions with the support staff, but I don't think they have a means of doing this yet in form of code etc.

Hopefully someone like a moderator will see this post and give it some attention next time the big guys upstairs have a meeting

hello friends its a good idea for new suggestion but its depends how the support team and admin  give us a good platform  to enjoy every time.

It's true it is quite inconvenient.. I would love to know how much I accumulated already by myself without sending a ticket..

I wish we won't have to do that and be able to do it like how we do it in withdrawing from the vault. Receiving email or something before being able to claim the rakeback.

Yeah, I do fully agree with you and those suggestions are actually really interesting! But seriously, If they added this, it would let them focus more on the chat and stuff because lets be honest, people ask the support for rakeback so frequently it is really time consuming. So if they did that sammy, It would seriously save up some time.

My suggestions is that they should have a special 'Rakeback button'. So you can check and claim it whenever you'd like to. You then don't even need to contact support to claim it. Would just be entirely up to you when you want to claim it!

Seems like there are quite a few people interested in adding a feature to stake for claiming rake back automatically.  Plus several people who think it would be a good idea to be able to see how much rake back we have accumulated.  Personally I agree with this completely and hope support will add it to their pending tasks.  Thanks for your feedback people!
