Debol Posted Saturday at 09:22 PM #1 Posted Saturday at 09:22 PM Had a rough run recently where I played well but kept running into bad beats. The hard part isn't losing, it's staying disciplined after. What do you do to reset mentally mid-session? Walk away or push through?
hesABIs Posted yesterday at 01:28 PM #2 Posted yesterday at 01:28 PM no cap yeah tbh i just take a lil break and reset bro, chasing while tilted is teh fastest way to punt it all ?

eli68qkwn Posted 5 hours ago #4 Posted 5 hours ago I remember one session I was down 4 buyins and instead of quitting I just sat out for a few hands, made a cup of tea and came back with a much clearer head. That small pause saved me from duping the rest of my stack honestly.
orb2w8u7b Posted 4 hours ago #5 Posted 4 hours ago Last time this happened I literally stood up and did pushups in my room till my arms burned, weirdly it reset my brain and I stopped caring about the last hand.
