Some people see my name as blank or not at all. I can't withdraw I can't tip. I can't any games. I sometimes can't see chat all together . Loading forever. I am so frustrated I waited for my deposit for over 18 hours and now it's frozen in the stake world. Been experiencing this issue for over 3 hours. Please if you can just transfer my balance to prime dice . Username in prime dice is Eminx3 Please if you can do that would be so happy. If not possible please send eminx3 in PD any amount as gift to get some relief from this frustrating situation

Unfortunately it also means some features have been crippled for some users at random. The development team are working on resolving this issue. As for your transaction, once it is on the bitcoin network, there is nothing we can do. If you provide the transaction ID that came with your deposit, we can look to help provide acceleration.

And look at 150k transaction unconfrim ( last night ) now 130k .that depends on bitcoin network bro so just wait or hang out enjoy real life. best of luck

Thank you for the response However regarding my deposit I don't think you understood what I was requesting. My deposit has been successfully confirmed and is in my stake account now I am asking since it has been confirmed and I waited so long for it to confirm and I'm very anxious to play I would like to see if it's possible to transfer those funds that are in my account confirm that right now in to either my Prime account or possibly a alt account if I create it and it is able to log in and have regular features that my account would have had if there was no problems right now Because it seems that someone else has been experiencing a similar issue 4 /two days now and I really don't want to have to wait more standard at the Bitcoin network has nothing to do with you and my long wait on the network is irrelevant however I have been experiencing this issue at stake for around 5 hours now and really really would appreciate something that you would be able to do for me if you would look at the history on my accounts I am a very large loser here and I'm sure how much more losses to come but I wish to remain happy for that to happen For your time thank you for your response at a time Long story short my question is is it possible for you to manually take the balance that is in my account right now confirmed and send it to another user or to remove the balance from my account now and credit to my Prime dice account because Prime dies is working just fine

Nothing will happen to your funds and you will be able to withdraw them as soon as they are finished with the new update. Please be patient for just a bit longer.

But sure ill give it to you in a moment.. its hard actually finding the txid cause the history page is empty (the bug is effecting that too) so im trying to find the depo addres i use normally to look at that wallets last tx but you do understand i dont have problem with that deposit confirming into my shaniqua balance right? funds are there, just cant play with it or withdraw it or tip.. but yeah ill msg here the txid if you still need it, idk why but i will
