What do you think IQOS is safer than cigarettes?

I think it's safer .... I feel lighter after switching to IQOS

Hi there if by it's you mean electronic cigarettes the answer is yes. 

I don't if there's absolutely no harm to use it but what I can say is first I feel better and have less breathing issues /illness since I use it. 

Second cigarettes are full of toxic chemical we all know that and from this point of view ecigarettes are a lesser danger. I plan to quit ecigarettes too in few years I think as I reducing step by step the nicotine in my cigarette. Until today it makes 3 years I didn't smoke a cigarette

Well mostly study paid by tobacco industries. All. Smokers I know that change for vaping feel the difference. The 2 components in vape liquid are used in food industry... And the vapor it's obvious doesn't result from combustion. When you burn tobacco you produce more than a hundred heavy chemical components. So on the paper there's no comparison. 

Most of the doctors involved in treating tobacco disease admit it's a lesser bad ( vaping). 

Indeed we will truly know about its danger only in couple of years when first people to have been vaping for 10 years and more could be "analysed".

The only thing doctor says that it's better for smoker to start vaping. But for someone who didn't smoke in first place, obviously vaping isn't a good idea. But it's kind of obvious. 

Tobacco kills thousands of people all over the world. And not only among smokers but with their families and close company. Now as far I a know until now vaping didn't killed anyone. 

I used to smoke for 20 years almost and now it's makes 3 years almost I'm only vaping. So not only I breathe better but I can feel the difference in my home. I used to smoke in the kitchen only. At the window. Yet the walls were covered by smoke residues, and fan hole were to be clean every 2 or 3 month bc they were full filled with smoke and dirt. Now I vape always in the kitchen and I just needed to clean those fan holes once a year as in every home. Well I don't look to convince anyone. But to me putting vaping and smoking on the same level is criminal 

Vape could save hundred of lives. 

My point is not to say great I'm vaping there no problem anymore. But even quite vape is easier than quite. smoking. Bc in smoking we get addicted not only to nicotine but also with additiv that industry put in it just to strengthen addiction and make it quicker too. 

Before when I was smoking I could stand to stay more than 1 hour without a cigarette. Now with vape I reduce the nictotin progressly and I'm almost done to get rid of it. And I can stay 4,5  or even 6 hours without vaping. And I don't get mad about it. I think in 1 or 2 years I'll stop vaping. 

The problem today is truth and science don't mean anything. Bc every side has his own scientists. Tobacco industries hired some, petroleum industry do the same. Monsanto has its own too.and they keep producing more and more scientific literature to contradict every study or report that doesn't fit their needs. And at some point I think it's criminal. Sometimes I wonder how the future generation will look at us. We are the moment of humanity were real progress has been corrupted by short term profit seeking. And I bet future generation will look at it with anger and will have a poor opinion of us. If their any future generations. Which for first time of humanity isn't that sure. 

Sorry I maybe been rude and shocked more than one here. I just wanted to share my thought no matter how dark it can be. Sorry if it make you felt uncomfortable. Just forget it as every troubling info we can have

I have tried IQOS, vape and still smoke cigarettes. When I was training for a marathon I was using the IQOS and it seemed to be better than the vape as it is dry and doesn't give you any heaviness on the chest. It also doesn't have the morning cough. My blade of the IQOS broke so going to get another one soon.

It's 90% safer the regular cigarettes. IQOS only heats the tobacco while the regular cigarette is burning it. Yet both have negative effects, just IQOS's affections are smaller
