You have to meet certain number of post to be eligible. Number of post increases overtime

If they really want to reward their users, they could do it differently. For example, with things like StakeCommunity account creation date or Stake game history.
The current system is a bit like "whoever's bot is faster wins." And $5 is really low; it seems like a small amount because they're giving it to so many people, but Stake is a platform that really has the capacity to do much better.
