Paecga129 Posted July 11, 2019 #1 Posted July 11, 2019 I don’t know about you guys but no other site I visit and I know a lot do them have live support like Stake does. They might show they offer it but when you go into live chat no one is there or they respond hours later .... Stake support is ALWAYS online!!!! And always willing to help with whatever issue or concern you have. They are def #1 for support in my opinion. What do you all think of the live support option on Stake ?

They are always available to help, I think the longest time I have ever waited for live support was maybe 2 minutes. No matter what the issue or question is, they are always online and quick to respond. They are light years ahead of any other live support on any other site that I have ever encountered.

I am glad to see so many other people agreeing with me on this cuz I know it for a fact but wanted to see the opinions of others.

Which isn't all the time. Infact it is quite rare. But over all... Every site i've known doesn't have a better support team and stuff than stake! I do agree with you
yololife222 Posted July 12, 2019 #7 Posted July 12, 2019 Hey, yeah to the vip peorson from what i saw on twitch they answer with in 10-20 sec some times 1min if the support hase got too much tickets.From perosnaly excperienc it takes 2-5min for them to answer once it took 30min i think it was created becose of the spam in chat and many got mutted or some thing i dont wrlly know. But yeah Stake Support is fast and hard work BIGG Thanks to the support team ❤️❤️❤️ and mods too cant forget them ❤️

And if I say stakes live support Is as good then stake really does a wonderful job for only being into business for 2 years

Many casinos have online support But Stake had the best team for that, replies within minutes + valuable people who are also chat and even tipping members randomly! Thanks for all these.

I respect because i don't must miss time. My favourite support is Marija, the best support for me. She explain more, i think she has more experience I'm glad really, when they reply instant on chat support. I rate it 11/10 than 10/10 I think I've already said everything so i wish you all the best luck on casino! Regards!
cukup2 Posted July 12, 2019 #11 Posted July 12, 2019 live support is very petrified when we experience a problem, I have experienced a problem forgetting my password when I logged in and I was able to log in again with help from the live support. then I can also ask about programs that are on the web like yesterday I tried livesuport contacts to ask about Rackbeck and I was very happy with the explanation they gave. so livesuport is very helpful for members

GKD09 Posted July 12, 2019 #15 Posted July 12, 2019 Yeah tbh I have never seen live support as instant as they are, apart from the bots that usually reply on other sites. I legit thought they were bots when I was first on Stake and asking how deposit fees and withdrawals work and I got a super quick response with links and long messages and I was like oh I'm talking to a bot i see. Since there were no FAQs I thought okay so this is how their faq works. But then when I started another conversation I realised that they aren't bots They are super nice too and they help out with pretty much anything even when it's not the fault of the site but our pc/browser/network connection. They don't only talk about the problem they also converse at times and it's lovely, although they have lots of work and tickets. Probably one of the main reasons Stake is one of the best sites there is! ❤️

Hell, at most sites you are lucky if someone from live support is even available, or responds at all to your issue. The support here is always available, even for the most ridiculous requests..

These sets of support are definitely the best of the best of all the support I have seen in different type of sites. Stake support is definitely number one and kudos to them. Even when it is night in their country, they are always online and willing to help. I have never seen a more committed workers. Micro did a good job on the support. Micro and Eddie. I know they will be better and more funny as the time goes ion. Once again, kudos to them.

I have two sites on list that have a very slow support response to my tickets. The longest waiting I did was like more than 6 hours just for them to respond to my ticket. I haven't even experience 10 minutes of waiting for Stake support to respond and solve my concerns. One of the things that made Stake as my basis of a good gambling site.
htetaungxx Posted July 12, 2019 #20 Posted July 12, 2019 all of support in stake is pretty awsome for me. too quick to give support player and too patient to player. as for me. when i newbie in stake i was really problem man but they are too patient to me and explain everything i want to know. when i was 5th or 6th time muted i was really angry and give them a problem and rude to them and spam at supprot chat. than i got mute 2days or 1day i cant remember excitly. but main is i didn't get any rain and i was trip to northern califonia (northern califonia is never rain place) for a month but i have nothing to say about it. even no rain for amonth or year. i still playing at stake .. and really like to join with them.

I have never once been ignored ... sometimes even when I just started chatting, the admin has responded to my conversation well and quickly. I think the support options at this stake are rarely found on other online gambling sites ...

Too many other sites are basically one person operations. Only Stake has really developed the professional staff and fostered the courteous behavior of its professional staff. It's also the huge amount of rains, giveaways, TG challenges, races, and probably fair games! Even though my stats is negative 😭 but I still love it, I gamble for fun anyways.
