hard mode honestly, setting limits is always tough. i usually just deposit the exact amount i'm fine with losing for the weekend and leave the rest in my main crypto wallet. if i blow that balance, i just force myself to close the tab and play some video games or watch a movie to avoid rage-depositing. built-in limits on the site help too but you need a lot of self control at the end of the day or you'll just bypass your own rules lol
