I always thought the "disciplined play" part was mostly about how a game punishes greed rather than just being slow paced. For me it is definitely blackjack if you are actually trying to play properly. Sitting there folding on 15 against a dealer 10 over and over again when your gut tells you to hit takes some real restraint, but chasing that feeling always burns me faster.
