From my experience, one of the biggest concerns for Indian users is account freezing during crypto buying, selling, deposits, or withdrawals. Many users rely on Binance P2P or similar methods, and even a small mistake in payment details, third-party transfers, or unclear transaction records can lead to account restrictions. In such cases, AI responses and help articles are often not enough. Users prefer speaking with a real person who understands their situation. I believe Stake should consider having a Hindi-speaking community moderator or crypto support moderator who can: - Guide users on safe crypto buying and selling practices. - Explain how to avoid account freezes by using verified payment methods and matching account details correctly. - Help with common deposit and withdrawal questions. - Share safer payment options, including the Digital Rupee (e₹), when applicable. - Reduce confusion for new users and improve the overall experience. A dedicated Hindi moderator would make the platform more welcoming, help users avoid account freezing issues, and support the growing Indian community.
