Sometimes a moody, craggy cliffside hits way better than a tropical white sand beach when you need a solo mind-clearer. 🌊

I'm highly drawn to the rugged look of the Azores and the windswept, isolated bays of Northern Spain.

Where is your absolute favorite hidden coastal spot that feels completely untouched by crowds? 🥾

wild, empty coasstlines are the best kinda therapy honestly. that bit about northern spain hit hard cos ive been dreaming about the basque coast for ages

The Lofotten Islands in Norway always felt like the rawest edge of the world to me, especially in autumn when the wind kicks up and you might be the only person for miles. It is not exactly hidden but the weather keeps the crowds honest.

Man I was just thinkin about Porthcawl in Wales after a storm, the seafronts so raw it almost feels like the casino lobby when a ligthning round hits and you just hold your breath. Pure chaos but calming somehow.

The Azores are a solid pick, I stumbled on some photos of Sao Miguel’s black sand beaches framed by cliffs and it looks unreal. Have you ever tried hiking any of the old shepherd trails there or do you mostly stick to the coast itself?

i ended up at some tiny cove in cornwall last year near boscastle, completely by accident cos the main path was washed out. the cliffs were covered in that weird yellow gorse and the waves just smashed into the rocks nonstop, i sat there for like two hours and didnt see a single other soul, best accidental find ever
