American Elfath in charge of England vs Argentina

American referee Ismail Elfath has been chosen to officiate England's World Cup semi-final with Argentina. 

Elfath - who was fourth official in the 2022 World Cup final and has been in charge of three matches at this tournament so far and most recently took charge of Norway's World Cup last 16 win over Brazil.

Looking at Elfath's style in the Norway Brazil match he lets a lot of physical stuff go so betting on more cards than usual might backfire. Could see the game flow being disrupted by constant tactical fouls instead.
