I guess if it's a 4million multiplier, the odds of hitting it must be > 4million:1 , meaning you would have to play the game over 4million times to be expected to hit it. 

And here it was hit within 200,000 times which is pretty insane. But then again that's why we gamble I guess, there's always room for luck to laugh in the face of probability :-)
