I've been betting on this site for a long time. Every time I reached a new VIP level, you said the rewards and commissions would increase, but instead you've consistently reduced the bonuses.

 

As if that wasn't enough, you keep running promotions that are so ridiculous that no one has any reason to participate. On top of that, you keep delaying the monthly bonuses while constantly giving priority to the US side. It feels like you're intentionally waiting until everyone's wagering has been depleted before paying them.

 

You never stop treating us like we're stupid. I honestly think the team that came up with the promotion above has no idea what they're doing—or maybe you're simply trying to make players like us look like fools.

 

When I was Platinum 1 and Platinum 2, I was receiving higher weekly bonuses. After reaching Platinum 3, all of my bonuses were supposed to increase, but instead you reduced them even further.

 

You're doing everything you can to drive players away from your platform. Congratulations—keep it up. You've already lost many of your biggest players, yet you still continue with the same mindset.
