yeah i had this exact issue with the last ctc where some novomatic game didnt show up till i cleared cache and it randomly popped in the list, maybe try that first its weird with bgaming slots sometimes tehy lag behind like a day before the board fully updates.

Hello, I have a question regarding the event time requirement.
The rules say that bets must be made after 08/07/2026 12:00 PM UTC.
My winning bet was placed at 14:31 according to my Stake account history, but my exported bet archive shows the timestamp in UTC.
Could you please confirm which timestamp is used to determine eligibility for the promotion: the UTC timestamp from the bet archive or the time shown in my Stake account history?
