Work for stake

So you all know that stake has different people working together to make it a better site and there are people being hired every day for the site as new talents bring in more better things for the site and help in developing the site. For example they bought in Jovan a new support member.
So i was wondering what if stake offered its players a job ? Not for promotions but like to look after certain things maybe be head of finance or something ?

Would you guys accept the job offer and love to work with stake or are you better of being yourself a player and hust play at stake ?

For me it would depend on the position they would offer then i would make the decision xD .

In my opinion, Stake constantly offers some vacancies and many of the simple players have become moderators and so on. It is certainly great when there are such proposals, but you need qualified personnel, and this is best done in person when you meet the candidate.

Same goes for me as well. I am not really good in the areas with customer relation so what if they offering a support role, I don't think I can handle that position very effectively. LOL

It would be nice to be a part of the Stake team even if it is just a part time job though. :)

This is actually the question I wanted to ask as well. I don't have a lot of time so taking another extra job would be difficult, but not impossible. I could for sure find some time to work for stake. But it depends how much they would pay me ;) I understand that wouldn't be much if they would want to hire more people from stake players than just regular stuff they have right now. Honestly I don't think this would ever happen, there is no point of turning your potential customers into your employees. Customers brings you money, employees help to maintain the system so customers come in, but employees generate costs. No need to expand costs. Stake is the business and businesses always look where to cut costs. So idea is nice, but completely not realistic.

Of course, I would volunteer to try the system for free, until they manage everything, I think it's all of Stake's players dream to work there, atleast for the ones that had been here for a longer period of time and got the taste of the game sense and a good taste of the community and can understand it pretty good.

Hey there kate.!

I, personally, would absolutely love to work with stake! Imagine how cool it would be to work with them :). And also having that S next to your name in chat ;) xDD.

All jokes aside... I would love to be working with stake. I would definitely not mind or hang up on them if they asked me to work for them... It'd have to be a straight yes for me!!! :D

But yes, as you stated... It would depend on on the positioning they need recruiting for... if it was something like, I don't know, something like a general support member to help out in chat or something I would for definite take the opportunity!

So yeah, would be a yes! Depending on which role it is needed to be for filled. Have a great day stakers and good luck playing ;D

I think stake is regularly take new people to add to their support to be able to maintain the 24/7 support. but I do not think that they will ever hire someone for the function of head of finance. running a site like stake isn't that difficult. I worked for another gambling platform myself which was 1000 times bigger than stake with continuously over 30,000 players.

They had a huge financial department but for stake it isnt that difficult. They have incoming deposits, outgoing withdrawals and they probably have a section in their back office that displays what they make from the house edge. the house edge profits are the site earnings. so they exactly know what they can spend on giveaways and other initiatives. So it would surprise me if stake ever will need to hire staff for finances or something else other than support.

The gambling platform I worked for is a real company and needed that staff. They had a turnover of billions of dollar every single months, taxes that needed to be paid and so much more. this is something stake doesnt have to do. they have a 'gaming license' but not a gambling license so they more or less are unregulated so nothing has to be done regarding to taxes and other things

Hey, well If i was asked to work for the i dont wrlly know if i would accept it at start i would be so happy but after thinking true it i dont wrlly know cuse many people dont acctually understand how hard it is to be support and mod on stake and after all the talking to people to still be happy its hard. :/ So probably i would say no but if the salary is wrlly good i would sa yes.

hmm i think it depends on the desk job and also the salary, because i had a job in real life so i should compare the salary and the job first. but i think when people get hired it will become Mod or Support right?

I would definitely like to work in this team. But I think that they select candidates by their own conditions and in general it seems that they hire friends from certain close locations.

That would b cool if one day stake just offered a job.......i mean i dont see why not....i spend most of my free time here and i love the place so i dont see why taking a job offer here wouldnt make sense

I don't know about that because I think an avid player would be more qualified than someone off the street with customer service experience.

As a player you learn all about Stake and what they win to achieve with there userbase. A player knows what they want in terms of customer support behavior, gameplay, expectations from the staff and so on. As a result, the player who becomes an employee would know how to properly treat the other players, can answer questions or concerns. Most importantly they can give their point of view from a players side.  I think that's one of the biggest problems with a lot more f new casinos, they are being run by people who don't have a clue about gambling and what players look for, what they like, dislike.

Anything else above Brand managers, Moderator and Streamer is a full paid job. You don’t just pick someone from the Community.

There are working people full time in offices, to keep this sensation alive. So if you want to work in that places, you gotta move away from home and bring a good résumé and luck.

ohhh so brand managers, moderators and streamers are from the community? How did you get in haha, did you have to apply or was there just a spontaneous opening? I guess as Stake diversifies into more languages they will open more positions. Time to learn a new language!

Be better if you have a certain mother tongue and English.

You always can apply for any position.. but your best chances are if you‘re known and your behavior is known. And of course of they‘re looking for someone.

I prefer to be the only player in the stake rather than being part of the people who are in the stake management. why do I prefer to be a gambler at the stake because I can freely share my time with stake and family, and if the stake also offers a good position in its management I still don't want to because I'm sure I can't run something I can't afford :D:D. I hope that as long as the day stakes are more successful and more dear to loyal players

Heck yes.    I would seriously love to work for Stake.    I don’t care what the job they offered me was.   I would take it.
