Slots and provable fair question

I am wondering, who knows and keeps track of all other slots seeds that are not Stake Engines.

After the provable fair system released for all the Stake Engines, I am really curious to know how the seeds are set for players on major providers like Pragmatic, Hacksaw and Nolimits. 

Do they work on Global seeds, such us one seed set for x number of rounds, or each player gets a new and different seed each time they open up their slot?
