It does get annoying people asking "wen" all the time because players don't know when they will be released.  We can only guess by past dates.  Even then, they change it up like they did this month for stakeus.  I think that is what stake wants, though.  It's a good marketing tool when everyone is guessing when the Monthly and Post/Pre monthlies are. People talk about them, anticipates them, beg for them and when they do finally come, most of us rinse them.
