nuuuitsjdragon Posted August 1, 2019 #1 Posted August 1, 2019 I don’t know if it’s considered a bug or not but sometimes when the ball clearly drops into (usually) a higher multipliers, the 0.2x pops up instead - thinking it’s probably a visual error but it gets me frustrated when I thought I had hit one of the higher multipliers! Does it happen to anyone else as well?
williamshennie9 Posted August 2, 2019 #2 Posted August 2, 2019 This has never happened to me. If you can video record it, then you should rightfully get the payout which the ball landed in. I'm sorry this has happened, but it really is not acceptable.
Kate Posted August 7, 2019 #3 Posted August 7, 2019 Umm yup this bug has happened before and stake did fix this for sure but i guess It was not fixed full it would be great if you made a video and gave it to support they would give it to the devs.
htetaungxx Posted August 7, 2019 #4 Posted August 7, 2019 That is virtual bug while you are during lagging sometime. If that's is not virtual bug, i should record during playing and report to stake support. They will help for that for sure.
nuuuitsjdragon Posted August 7, 2019 Author #5 Posted August 7, 2019 I thought more people would have experienced this glitch... and it’s hard to record because it doesn’t happen often and only to random once-in a-blue-moon balls that look like biggest multipliers but skip back to 0.2x. It has been happening way lesser than last time at Stake 1 so not a huge issue at the end of it.

When you let drop ball by ball in single hits that never happens. I am sure is just a visual effect of screen. Don`t think is a scam or a thing like that. Just visual. What happened to me quite often is that when "cashing" at Crash and got green and immediately Crash game stops the winning my balance shows like a lost, but in the short time then my bet is credited. Weird, but happened to me at least four times. Almost exactly when you click "cash" button and when the Crash line goes red. My observation....nothing more.
