$Stake$ if you are lucky and you win a  giveaway promotion what should u do if you forget to claim a coupon? valid only w / in 24hours for example .. your not expecting to win bcuz your not the only one participating in this giveaways.. my point is.. dont denied your giveaway... expired coupon refundable!! expired coupon refundable!! . :)at least 1/2 😁😁😁. What do you think??

huh. that is from Feb 25. you want it to be refundable.. doesnt make sense at all.. it was a giveaway.. it had a time and date to redeem it.. you didn't pay for it.. you entered it without paying anything.. so why should it be refundable. if a person missed the time and date.. then that is on them.. there are rules are expected to be followed.. you probably mean it should be redeemable more then 24 hours.. probably if it said within the year.. expire 1/1/2020.. but no giveaway should be refundable. it means they owe you. and they dont.. any cash prize that is not claimed within the time that is given.. usually is kept or given to the next..

I instantly went to check if I did get any coupons that I did not manage to redeem and luckily... no! 

Well maybe not that lucky since I didn’t manage to win. Nonetheless I’d be Super pissed if I did win and couldn’t redeem because of the expiry lol.

As Stake is doing the best for all in order to get the most in any way possible, the less thing we all should do is to be aware of all the ways Stake helps us, so, to me the bonus expiration is ok.  Besides, this way Stake makes sure about alternative accounts and double accounts.  My opinion.

The vast majority of all coupons that are given away and won through Stake have a certain amount of time to be claimed, they should not be good for an infinite amount of time in my opinion.  If you won a gift certificate to a store or whatever and tried to redeem it after it expired, would they honor it?  No they would not.  It sucks that you did not realize that you won, but that is not Stake's fault... they notified you of your win and for whatever reason you did not redeem it.  Stake should not be held accountable for that....

Hi Markme. I think coupons have a validity period ranging from a week up to a month after it was sent. That time frame is enough time to claim your winnings in my opinion, so I was wondering why you missed to claim that win back in February?

I just checked your account and you actually claimed that coupon on time.  You may find it among your claimed coupons here: https://stake.com/transactions/coupons

And as for expired coupon being refundable...I don't see why would it be. If a coupon was supposed to be infinitely claimable, then it wouldn't have an expiration date.

Oh dear that is a very very very old coupon. 🙂 hard to be upset 6 months later.   I can understand feeling bummed but you should check your inbox more often dear.

Maybe stake should accept expired coupons  , maybe only giving half of it. But agreed I always check my email so I'm usually up to date it that even can have it notify you if stake sends a email. But should have more coupons sent out. Every 2-3 weeks or month about 2 coupons. Would be nice considering how we pretty much made stake rich depositing

Sad to say mark, its not refundable. It has a expiration date which if you didn`t claim it at the right time you will never claim it again. That`s sad becuase $250 is big, so if this will happened to me i will be sad too :( Sorry mark, its not refundable.

What you are basically asking is that you want a refund for the expired coupon that stake had given you since you had won that day from the giveaway ? How pity of you lol they are doing a nice thing and you dont appreciate it.

As far as I know all coupons are valid for one month. As other users pointed out, that is an old post much earlier this year, so I don't blame Stake for not giving you the coupon. 1 month is more than enough.

Ah, so it was claimed before it expired.  It is easy to see in your transaction history all coupons claimed.  Were you trying to claim it again and it wouldn't work?  Coupons are only able to be claimed once and generally good for a month I believe?

as long as it's free and I forget to take it so for me it's not a problem, because I often miss coupons from stake all this time , and when I claim the coupon is no longer valid, for me it's not a problem because anyway I didn't spend money to buy it
