Where is my money?

Why is my withdrawal blocked? I completed all identity and address verifications and everything was approved. My first withdrawal was approved and received. However, all subsequent withdrawal requests are automatically rejected and I cannot withdraw money. What is the reason for this? What will happen to my $20 balance? Has my $20 balance been deleted? How is this possible? Live support hasn't responded for 10 hours! Your site is unreliable and disgraceful.
