nuuuitsjdragon Posted August 12, 2019 #1 Posted August 12, 2019 I don’t know if there are any threads on the reduced amount + increased minimum withdrawal amount but it recently been nerfed to the high heavens! Personally, I’m getting 1/5 the amount I used to get before the max payout was tweaked so it’s going to take awhile in between each forum transfer now... How do the rest of you feel about the changes? 🤔
Kevin Santos Posted August 12, 2019 #2 Posted August 12, 2019 Im ok with it, cause I have nothing to withdraw anyways but I hate any minimal withdraw
Enzo Posted August 13, 2019 #3 Posted August 13, 2019 I'm very curious to hear what everyone thinks of the new changes to forum rewards, as far as the min payout, and max per topic earnings. I think they're okay and I understand why it needed to happen. Although I am sad about it, It just means I need to post more constructive content. It makes sense why they had to do it. In the last 2 months I have seen a huge influx of users coming from Stake to the forums to earn satoshi to play with. I know some users who build to 200k sats and withdraw that without even gambling it which to me is quite impressive. I'm just curious how everyone feels about the changes...Please let's keep the complaining to a minimum though. Because forum rewards of any kind are generous of Stake and they don't have to offer it.
Enzo Posted August 13, 2019 #4 Posted August 13, 2019 It's capped at 1000 satoshi per post and I don't know the cap for topics but that's been lowered from 7,500 as well. It makes sense when you realize the amount of NEW users to the forum simply for the benefit of Forum Satoshi. They gotta do something about it they can't afford to have thousands of users farming a couple K sats every post. It's just not gonna make sense over time.
ScooterPi Posted August 13, 2019 #5 Posted August 13, 2019 You know, I keep seeing the header up top to announce that there has been a forum change. But I've honestly never been able to sort out how the point system works anyhow! I just post, and satoshis magically appear until I have enough to send over to my casino account! That said, I enjoy the forum community as it's own thing too. I've learned quite a bit over the time that I've spent here. On this topic - if anyone has a link to a forum post that explains how the reward system here works - I'd love to see it. Maybe it would help solve the mystery for me.

I know there's one around but I can't seem to find it now. Check announcements section. I think the old way it worked was you were capped at 3500 satoshi was the max for 1 post that you could earn, and 7500 for 1 single topic was the max. But now it's been reduced greatly because of the amount of new users. And not every forum sub-section has rewards enabled. Only the ones where users don't talk a lot, they use it as a way to engage everyone in every category possible in order to keep it's slogan, The most active bitcoin forum

Appears that the reward has been reduced to 1000 max per post and 2500 max per thread, but I've not seen that officially stated. My guess is people will still farm it, based on one days looking most of the same people are still posting like crazy but it will reduce cost to site.
ScooterPi Posted August 13, 2019 #8 Posted August 13, 2019 Hey thank you wry! You always got my back Mystery solved then!
